1. Who is responsible

The data controller is Marco Stanghelini, a private individual based in Italy, who creates the AI character "C". Contact: fxmafialtd@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

• C List: your email address and the date and proof of your consent.
• Collabs form: name, brand or agency, email and the message you write.
• Technical data (IP address, browser, page visited), logged automatically by our hosting provider for security.

3. Why, and on what legal basis

• Sending you emails about new C videos: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• Answering collaboration requests: steps at your request before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Website security: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We don't sell or rent your data and we don't make automated decisions about you.

4. Who processes it

Netlify, Inc. (USA) hosts the site and receives the forms, as our processor (Art. 28 GDPR). Transfers to the USA rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. If we add an email service to send the C List, we will name it here.

5. How long

C List emails: until you unsubscribe. Collab requests: up to 24 months after our last contact. Technical logs: up to 30 days.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to processing, and receive a copy (Arts. 15-22 GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time by replying to any email or writing to us; this does not affect earlier processing. You can also complain to a supervisory authority, such as the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali or the one where you live.

7. Age

The C List is for people aged 16 or older.

8. Cookies

This site uses no cookies and no tracking or analytics tools. Fonts and images are hosted on this site. That's why there's no cookie banner.
